On 6 December 2013 LC Corp S.A. closed a deal to buy 100 per cent of shares in Sky Tower S.A., the company managing the shopping centre and office space of the Sky Tower complex. In line with the strategy of the LC Corp S.A. Group, the idea behind the transaction was to ensure further diversification of the Group's revenue sources and to give a boost to its commercial projects. The value of the transaction is PLN 259m payable by 2019.
Located in the heart of Wrocław, Sky Tower is Poland's tallest building. The complex combines commercial, office and residential uses. It is 212 metres high and its total area is 171,000 square metres. The project is located in Powstańców Śląskich street (one of Wrocław's thoroughfares) and is close to the main train and bus stations. Featuring a Building Management System, Home Management System, Security Management System and access control system the complex is one of Poland's most technologically advanced projects. Visitors of the shopping centre and of the office space can use the underground parking lot with around 1,000 parking places.
The transaction involves commercial space (29,700 sqm) and office space (18,700 sqm). Currently, close to 80% of Sky Tower's commercial space has been leased. The three levels of Sky Tower's shopping centre house retail and service establishments run by a carefully selected tenant mix. The top level houses an entertainment area featuring Wrocław's largest billiards hall, Poland's most modern bowling alley with 24 lanes on which international competitions are held, top equipped fitness club, a SPA and a beauty institute of Dr Irena Eris.Sky Tower also boasts Poland's highest viewing point located around 200 metres above ground level. On 17.11.2011 a company from the LC Corp group won a tender for the plot of the area of 10 202 m2, located at ul. Ogórkowa, organized by the Wrocław District.
In accordance with the binding zoning plan, the land will be intended for single-family terraced houses. Obtaining land for a small estate of houses will be an excellent complement of the offer of LC Corp in that part of Wroclaw's Krzyki.
We would like to inform that on 14.11.2011 the construction permit for the Potokowa estate obtained the finality clause.
The construction of the investment will proceed in two stages. In the framework of the first stage two functional multifamily buildings with underground parking lot as well as two rows of terraced houses with garages will be created. The commencement of construction works and the sale of flats is planned for December 2011.

On 24.10.2011 LC Corp S.A. signed a notarial deed of the land located at ul. Stabłowicka in Wrocław.
On the area of the plot of 10 000 m2, even 150 flats can be created of the most desired metric areas on the real property market. The investment is located in the middle of beautiful green areas, and an additional attraction is the charming basin increasing the recreational value of the area. Parking places, underground parking lot as well as playground are planned to be built. Construction works will be conducted in two stages the first of which will start next year.

On September 1st 2011 an LC Corp S.A. company signed a General Contractor agreement for construction of an A-class commercial-office building at Przyokopowa street in Warszawa-Wola.

The structure will be formed of 4 buildings connected with one another, offices will be located on floors 2 through 12. Commercial spaces have been designed to be located at the bottom of the complex. There will be an extremely stylish roofed patio between the buildings, it will serve as a meeting place. On August 30th 2011 an LC Corp S.A. special purpose entity was awarded the contract by the President of Wrocław for purchase of the plot located at 77 Stabłowicka street.
The plot is covered by the local land development plan as a land intended for multifamily dwelling estates. The investment may encompass as much as 150 new flats taking up to 7 storeys. To provide comfort for the residents the buildings will have underground car parks. As of now the works on the details of the conceptual design are in progress. It is estimated that both the construction and the sale of the flats will start midyear 2012.
We are pleased to inform that the Governor of Mazowieckie province had the appeal proceedings on the decision no. 118/WOL/11 dated April 27th 2011 discontinued, and therefore the decision by the President of the capital city of Warszawa, approving the building permit design and permitting Warszawa Przyokopowa Sp. z o.o. headquartered in Wrocław the construction of an office-commercial complex at Przyokopowa street in Warszawa, became final in administrative proceedings. This allows the project implementation to be started.
We are pleased to inform that on July 21st 2011 LC Corp entered into a Preliminary Contract for purchase of the land located in Muchobór Wielki in Wrocław. The area of 3.4 ha is covered by a local land development plan.
Four multifamily residential buildings will be constructed on the plot. The final building permit has been issued for the project. As of now the design is being modified and adjusted to current market requirements. As a result of the amendments ca. 600 flats will be designed to occupy total floor space of 33 000 m2.
The first stage of the investment is estimated to start at the turn of 2011 and 2012.
On July 19th 2011 an LC Corp S.A. special purpose entity purchased a new plot (under perpetual leasehold) at Brzeska street in Wrocław. The plot is covered by the local land development plan as a land intended for multifamily dwelling estates, making it possible to build ca. 120 flats and parking bays in an underground car park. It is estimated that the project will start in mid 2012.
On July 22nd 2011 an LC Corp S.A. company obtained the building permit for construction of the 2nd stage of Osiedle Maestro at Dróżnicza street in Wrocław-Jagodno.
The investment will encompass 160 flats of total floor space of 8907 m2, and 121 parking bays in an underground car park. It is estimated that the project will start at the turn of 2011 and 2012.
On July 15th 2011 Warszawa Przyokopowa Sp. z o.o., acting as a part of LC Corp S.A., entered into a credit agreement with Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A.
The subject of the agreement is partial funding of construction of an office complex with commercial and service facilities at 85A Grzybowska street in Warszawa. The investment credit amounts up to EUR 49 million, and up to PLN 6.6 million as a revolving credit facility related to financing the VAT of the investment.
