On September 6th 2010 LC Corp SA has started selling houses in Debowa Ostoja Project in Lodz
The whole housing project "Debowa Ostoja" has been devided into 6 stages, which anticipate construction of 127 single-family houses built as terraced, semi-detached and detached homes, as well as 56 apartments in city-villas. The area of apartments will be between 83 and 132 m2.

LC Corp bought new plots
In July, 2010 companies from the Group of LC Corp SA, bought two new plots. Plots are located in the south of Wroclaw. Plan provides to construct multi-family buildings on them.

New housing project in Lodz
On June 8th 2010 the General Contractor of Debowa Ostoja was officially introduced into the construction site. This opened the first stage of the first LC Corp`s housing project in Lodz.
