At present, stage I of the project is underway, consisting of three residential buildings, which comprise 120 apartments of various living areas.

This stage, whose completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2011, will constitute a seedbed for a modern housing estate, expanding gradually over time.

A wide range of living areas (37-73m²) as well as mezzanines, balconies and terraces provided in respective apartments will offer a definite advantage of the project. Furthermore, on the premises of the housing estate there will be a separate recreational area for the inhabitants: playgrounds for children, greenery squares, internal courtyards, and strolling paths.
