Arkady Wrocławskie is a modern, dominant facility offering shopping, service, entertainment and office functions. It is located in the central-southern part of Wrocław, within the block of Powstańców Śląskich, Swobodna, Komandorska, and Nasypowa Streets.

The project was completed by Arkady Wrocławskie S.A., and the grand opening of the facility took place on April 28th 2007.

The building offers approx. 39,586 sq.m. of space to let (including 29,961 sq.m. for shopping and 9,625 sq.m. of class A office space, as well as a multi-storey car park with 1,000 parking spaces).

A unique feature of the shopping and service section of Arkady Wrocławskie is its oceanic aquarium with, inter alia, reef sharks.

The office section of over 9,000 sq.m., is rented to renowned local and foreign companies, including GETIN Bank and the head office of LC Corp S.A.
