On July 8, 2010 LC Corp Group bought a plot in Wrocław.
It is located at 91, Dróżnicza Street. This is a plot of an area of 8.070 sq. m. The development project anticipates conctruction of 141 flats in three four-floor buildings. Under the project, there will be 6.950 sq.m. floor area of flats.
The Concept design work of the project has already started. It is planned to start the construction works in Q3 2011.
Moreover, on July 30, 2010 LC Corp Group bought another plot situated in this area. This plot is located at 87, Dróżnicza Street and it has an area of 10.077 sq. m.
