We have the pleasure to inform you that three out of four residential complexes, of the Szmaragdowe Wzgórza investment in Gdańsk carried out by the LC Corp group, have already obtained the final construction permit.

At the same time we are also waiting for the final construction permit concerning the fourth of the enumerated residential complexes. In the framework of the issued permits 165 flats and office spaces will be created. The commencement of works is planned for October.
