On July 28th 2011 an LC Corp S.A. company signed a General Contractor agreement for construction of a residential building being the next stage of "Słoneczne Miasteczko" residential development in Kraków.

The design of the new building (OB3) stipulates construction of 164 functional flats. The project also offers 126 parking bays in an underground car park, overground parking bays and landscaping features with a playground within the investment area. Sale of the flats starts in September.
