The Fairy-tale Park Estate (Osiedle Bajkowy Park) is carried out by LC Corp Bajkowy Park Sp. z o.o. on a property of 99.421 ha, located in the southern part of Gdańsk-Maćkowy, in Starogardzka St. The property has excellent transport connections to the city centre of Gdańsk – Starogardzka St. connects Św. Wojciecha Route with Trójmiasto (Tricity) ring road.
