Project will be carried out by the company Vratislavia Residence Sp. z o.o. in a plot of about 169 ha, located in Wisznia Mała commune, in the neighbourhood of Malin village, 5 km from the northern border of Wrocław.

According to the design and architectural concept, the property will include single-family, terraced and detached houses, built in different styles, e.g. modernistic, mediterranean and classic.
