Sunny Town (Słoneczne Miasteczko) is located in the south - eastern part of Cracow, in the Bieżanów - Prokocim area.

Strengths of the location is:

• Fast and efficient connections to the city center and other parts of the city. Estate is located close to major road arteries such as the four-lane street Christo Botewa (access to the center takes no more than 10 minutes) or bypass Krakow;
• The guests are 5 bus routes (linking housing with the tram terminal and Bieżanów new bus loop at Alexandra);
• Walking way to the House of Culture in the Old Manor Czeczów Bieżanów (the place for extra-curricular activities for children and young people);
• A wide range of cycle routes (including the flooded gravel pit nearby lake lake complex);
• Construction of the investor (together with the Office of the City of Cracow) second access road to the estate (Street demanded).

In addition, the City plans to build the station and run PKP Złocień Rapid Rail agglomeration.
