The estate at ul. Srebrna is a modern and functional housing and service project carried out in Gdańsk in the area of ul. Niepołomicka and Srebrna. In the framework of the first stage, 165 flats with metric areas from 30 to 110 m2 will be created. Flats designed as single-level, two-level with entresol or an additional room basement type which are perfect for home study or an office. All flats have a balcony or home gardens.

With the thought of the youngest, playgrounds and recreational green areas have been planned. For the convenience of the inhabitants, the buildings have been equipped with noiseless elevators, and in the ground area - with storage rooms. The project includes the creation of on-grade parking space within the completed units.

In the first stage there will be created a service building with 8 flats that will constitute service and commercial facilities for the constructed estate.
