Construction of the second phase of housing estate Przy Promenadzie began in October 2007. In November 2009 - the building obtained from the District Superintendent of Construction decision - permission to use. The second phase building of Przy Promenadzie is located in Gocław, Praga Południe, Warsaw on a parcel located at the rear of Promenade Shopping Center at the intersection Rechniewskiego and Nowak-Jezioranski.

Przy Promenadzie estate is a team of four residential buildings. Because of the standard of finish and the price apartments are addressed to middle-class inhabitants of Warsaw. As the first phase of estate Przy Promenadzie in first quarter of 2008 residents got 235 apartments. Construction of the third phase started in July 2009. Third phase includes 90 flats and 6 detailed service premises with total area of almost 5.5 thousand. m2.

The investments includes 384 apartments and 15 service premises. Payment schedule

Because of the longer end of the investment we expect payment in full within 1 month of signing the contract. After 100% payment and signing the reception protocol we are passing the keys to the apartment.
