Advantages of the location include:

• quick and smooth connection with the centre of Warsaw
• close to the project location there are numerous bus lines (nos. 145 and 199 and the local bus line in Ząbkowice - whose terminus is located on the opposite side of the housing estate - carrying the inhabitants directly to the Ząbki railway station)
• excellent railway connection (Ząbki railway station) ensuring quick access (7 minutes) to the Warszawa Wileńska railway station
• when the construction of the second underground line is completed connections with other Warsaw districts will be even smoother
• near the project location there are open spaces encouraging frequent walks and bicycle rides

It is also important that this year the reconstruction of ul. Marsa will start and the street will be connected through a junction with ul. Żołnierska. This intersection is probably the critical point for people commuting from Ząbki to Warsaw. Easing traffic congestion will significantly improve the quality of access to the central, westerns and southern districts of Warsaw.

In addition, at the distance of 2.5 km from the property the Ząbki junction will be located, a part of the designed S17 expressway, forming an extension of the Lublin route and being an element of the Warsaw's expressway ring road. It is planned to complete these roads at the end of 2015.
