Construction of the third phase of housing estate Przy Promenadzie began in July 2009. The building is located in Gocław, Praga Południe, Warsaw on a parcel located at the rear of Promenade Shopping Center at the intersection Rechniewskiego and Nowak-Jezioranski.

Przy Promenadzie estate is a team of four residential buildings. Because of the standard of finish and the price apartments are addressed to middle-class inhabitants of Warsaw. As the first phase of estate Przy Promenadzie in first quarter of 2008 residents got 235 apartments. Permission to use the second phase of investment was obtained in November 2009. There are 384 flats and 15 detailed service premises located at J. Nowak-Jezioranski Street.

III'rd phase of the investment is 11-storey building, which is 90 flats and 6 service premises. We offer our clients apartments from 32 to 125 square meters in buildings characterized by modern and interesting architecture, containing green terraces on the bottom and top floors. There is still a choice of one- to four-room apartments within floors from I to XI. Shape of buildings provides a free choice of side of the world and floor.

Payment schedule

Payment for apartment purchased at LC Corp is based on the payment schedule. It depends on the investment progress. We don't require a instalment not evidenced by the degree of realization of the investment.

According to our standard payment schedule is divided into 5 units:

1. 40% within one month of signing the contract, becouse of completion of a zero state of an investment,
2. 30% following completion of a open state of an investment,
3. 20% following completion of a close state of an investment, 
4. 10% after final technical acceptance of apartment. 

All stages of the investment are confirmed by the relevant entries in the investment log.

In addition, we are open to suggestions on the other payment method which are more suitable for you. You advisor will inform you about the possibilities and conditions for making the payment according to your proposal.
