In August 2006, the company Warszawa Przy Promenadzie Sp. z o.o sp. komandytowa (limited partnership) commenced the construction of a housing estate Przy Promenadzie in Gocław District, Praga Południe in Warsaw in a plot of 32,702 m², located at the back of Centrum Handlowe Promenada at the junction of Mikołajczyka, Rechniewskiego and Nowaka-Jeziorańskiego streets.

Osiedle przy Promenadzie is a complex of four apartment buildings. Phase I of this investment consists of two eight floor buildings with a total of 235 flats. At each of the buildings are internal and intended only for residents of the building two-level patio and garage hall. Flats are in size from 30 to 143 sq. m.
