The LC Corp Group’s goal is to establish a leading position on the Polish real estate development market, in particular in the residential project sector. While implementing this strategy, the Group does not intend to give up evaluating the retail, commercial and office space market on an ongoing basis, and executing development projects in this respect, as long as such projects offer a rate of return similar to or higher than the rate offered by residential projects.
