On April 20, LC Corp S.A. bought the plot of land for the construction of a large housing estate in Warsaw.

It is located at Powstańców Street in Ząbki, in the bustling residential area, in the immediate vicinity of the administrative border of Warsaw. On the other hand, it neighbors with charming and suitable for walks forests.

It has the total area of 34.502 sq. m. We assume to build there 32 multi-family buildings of ca. 50.000 sq. m. floor area of flats. There will be primarily attractive two- and three-room flats. All - will meet the criteria of the government program "Rodzina na Swoim".

In the nearest summer we will begin construction of the first stage of the investment. The first residents will be able to pick up the keys in the second half of 2012.
