November 16, 2010, the one of companies from LC Corp Group signed a General Contracting agreement, whose subject is the construction of two multi-family dwellings located in Wroclaw in the area of Droznicza and Vivaldiego streets.

The project assumes building 176 flats in two stages with the underground garage and the necessary technical infrastructure.

On November 17, 2010, the General Contractor has been introduced into the construction site, which begins the process of construction of a new residential complex. The investment is scheduled for December 2011 (Stage I) and June 2012 (phase II).

Start of sales of flats in the project will occur in the first quarter of 2011.
