On September 15th 2010 LC Corp SA has started selling flats in Słoneczne Miasteczko Project in Cracow. This opened the first stage of the first LC Corp`s housing project in Cracow.

Now we have started selling flats in three buildings, which are the 1st stage of Słoneczne Miasteczko project. It assumes construction of 120 flats of varied types.
