Construction of the building, which is another stage of the popular investment in Warsaw (Stage I - 235 flats was released for use in the first quarter of 2008, and Stage II with 384 apartments in the fourth quarter of 2009) commenced on 1 July 2009. The flats will be taken over by buyers in first quarter of 2011.
