Rezydencja Kaliska in Warsaw – Commencement of construction works and reservation of flats
In September 2009 LC Corp SA began the sale and reservation of flats and retail units in a new Warsaw-based project Rezydencja Kaliska.
92 flats having a total area of 34 to 257 m2, and 6 retail units are available. Parking lots are located in two underground car park storeys. This is a very attractive location, the connecting point of Śródmieście, Ochota and Wola districts, within Al. Jerozolimskie/Kaliska/Niemcewicza streets.
The flats were designed so as to enable their free arrangement in line with the buyer’s wishes. The 60 – 70 square-metre flats can have two or three rooms. The top storeys of both the six floor section and the higher eleven floor section house 4 split-level penthouses having a total area of 180 to 257 m2.
