On July 15^th 2011 Warszawa Przyokopowa Sp. z o.o., acting as a part of LC Corp S.A., entered into a credit agreement with Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A.

The subject of the agreement is partial funding of construction of an office complex with commercial and service facilities at 85A Grzybowska street in Warszawa. The investment credit amounts up to EUR 49 million, and up to PLN 6.6 million as a revolving credit facility related to financing the VAT of the investment.
