- The administrator of Users' personal data, as understood by the Personal Data Protection Act dated 29.08.1997 (i.e. Dz.U. [The Journal of Laws] of 2002, no. 101, item 926, as amended), is the company under the business name of Kraków Zielony Złocień Sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Wrocław at ul. Powstańców Śląskich 2-4, hereinafter referred to as "Administrator".
- User's personal data are only processed pursuant to the consent given by the person whom the data concern, by marking an appropriate field under the contact form.
- User's personal data are processed in accordance with the cited above Personal Data Protection Act dated 29 August 1997 solely for the following purposes:
a) preparing a housing and commercial offer, and consultancy in the scope of choosing the best offer,
b) marketing of products and own services of the Administrator,
c) marketing of products and services of the companies from the LC Corp capital group to which Administrator belongs,
d) providing answers to User's enquiries,
e) statistical and archival purposes of the Administrator. - Users' personal data may be transferred to the company under the business name of LC Corp S.A. with the registered office in Wrocław, i.e. the entity which Administrator entrusted, pursuant to an agreement, with the processing of personal data.
- The User's providing their personal data is voluntary. Each User has the right to access their data and correct them. Each User also has the right to withdraw their consent for the processing of personal data by sending an appropriate request to the e-mail address ochronadanych@lcc.pl with providing their name and surname.
- By marking an appropriate field under the contact form, the User also consents to receiving commercial information via e-mail, pursuant to the Act dated 26.08.2002 on Rendering Electronic Services (Dz. U. No. 144, item 1204, as amended). The above consent may be withdrawn by sending an appropriate request to the e-mail address ochronadanych@lcc.pl with providing name and surname.
