LC Corp is a holding company controlling a group of companies, which are mainly engaged in real estate development activities, consisting of the purchasing of real estate and the development of residential, office, commercial or retail projects, and the subsequent sale or lease of premises located in such projects.

Since June 29th 2007, LC Corp S.A. has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The Group systematically develops its activities across the country. The LC Corp Group completes and plans housing projects within its owned real estates and those being purchased in Warsaw, Wrocław and its vicinity, Katowice, Kraków, Trójmiasto, Łódź. In the future, the Group intends to extend its operations to other big cities in Poland.

Investment Property

In April 2007, the Group completed a 3rd generation commercial development project – Arkady Wrocławskie, combining shopping, office and service functions. The centre located close to the city centre comprises approx. 118 shops, a cinema with 10 screening rooms and a fitness club. The structure of the building is complement by a 12-storey office building (usable area of approx 10,000 m2).

Successive investments of similar type are being planned in very good location in Warszawa and Katowice.

Housing investments

The projects underway include a multi-stage Osiedle Przy Promenadzie in Warszawa: In Q1 2008, following the completion of Osiedle Przy Promenadzie Stage I 235 flats were available to residents, in Q4 2009 – Stage II (384 flats). In July 2009, construction works and pre-sale began under Stage III of this estate (90 flats).

There is also another estate under construction in Warszawa: Rezydencja Kaliska (94 flats). The project underway in Stara Ochota targets clients who are active professionals and value their time, is scheduled for completion in Q1 2011.

The LC Corp Group is preparing to initiate new investment projects in 2010, consistently following the strategy of expansion into the key housing markets in Poland. Soon, our clients from Łódź will be offered housing in a terraced houses estate Dębowa Ostoja in Spadkowa Street and a similar one in Pustynna Street. In addition we plan to build Miasteczko (the town of) Zielony Złocień in Kraków. We are wrapping up organisational activities before the start of Gdańsk projects: estates located in the southern part of the city (Chełm) - Szmaragdowe Wzgórze and Bajkowy Park. In the coming years, the LC Corp Group is preparing to offer its clients housing in a detached houses estate (Vratislavia Residence) in the beautiful surrounding of Malin District near Wrocław, and Ceglana Brama estate offering excellent location in Katowice.

In the future, the LC Corp Group intends to concentrate mainly on residential development projects without giving up other projects, relating to investment property (office buildings and commercial facilities). It is our aim to provide a wide range of products and services, with great attention paid to high quality as well as diversification in terms of products and geographic location.
