LC Corp SA controls a group of developer companies, implementing residential and commercial investments in the largest cities in the country. Our real estates are located, among others, in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, Lodz, Gdansk and their surroundings.

Our dynamic growth is due to our consistently implemented policies and stable financial sources. Since 29 June 2007 LC Corp SA has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Commercial Properties

In April 2007 we completed and put into use a commercial center - Arkady Wroclaw, located in Wroclaw, on which area over 100 shops, a fitness club, cinema including 10 auditoriums- and twelve-storey office building with a usable area of ​​about 10,000 m² are located.

In September 2011 we began construction of an office complex - Wola Center, in Warsaw. The shape of the building will include four interconnected buildings, between which a stylish patio will be located. The whole area intended for commercialization amounts of around 31,000 m². Completion of this modern object is planned for 2013.

Residential Investments

At the beginning of 2011 the last apartments built within the 700-appartments housing Przy Promednadzie, in Warsaw, were put into use. That same year, in Ochota district was completed construction of a tasteful apartment building Residencja Kaliska.  Building numbering 94 apartments, was designed for the professionally active people who value their time and excellent communication with the city center. A few months later, we started the first phase of construction of Powstańców 33 housing, located in Ząbki near Warsaw.

In 2011, we started construction of the second phase of the Wroclaw housing Maestro, which is located in the district Krzyki-Jagodno. In addition, we are currently planning next projects - at Potokowa, Brzeska, Graniczna and Stabłowicka streets, and a large project-Vratislavia Residence, located in a charming village Malina near Wroclaw.

Currently we are realizing two residential projects in Krakow - a multi-stage housing - Słoneczne Miasteczko, where ultimately  1,600 apartments will be created, and multi-family intimate building - Okulickiego 59, located in the district Nowa Huta.

Advanced are also our works that are currently carried out in Lodz.  An exclusive, housing Dębowa Ostoja surrounded by extensive green areas, and Pustynna 43 project are there currently under construction.

We also invest in the Northern Poland. We just stared construction works in Gdansk, at the intersection of Niepołomicka and Srebrna, where we began to realize a functional multi-stage housing.  Another, project for Gdansk which is currently being prepared for the implementation is located in Sarogardzka Street.

Our mission is investing in residential, commercial and land properties. We are dynamically looking for new real estates and we plan further acquisitions.  We commit ourselves to provide high quality products, including a variety of attractive locations in the selected cities.

The majority shareholder of LC Corp S.A., is Leszek Czarnecki Ph.D., who is controlling also the financial group Getin Holding S.A.
