On March 17, 2011 LC Corp Invest III Sp. z o. o. received the decision - permission to use the residential-commercial building constructed in the project "Rezydencja Kaliska". The building is located in the Warsaw district of Ochota, on the border of the City Centre. The decision became final on April 4.

Another plot of land for the construction of Wroclaw
25 March 2011 LC Corp SA have signed an agreement to purchase another plot of land for the construction of Wroclaw. It is located on the street in the area of Maślice Small. Its area has 18,578 sq. m.At the low part of the rise, 3 storey multi-family buildings with an area of 5100 sq. m. residential and terraced houses.
